1. Website Services
Website builds are a one-time service that involves custom work tailored to your business.
- If you cancel before design or development work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Once work has started, fees cover the time and custom work already performed and are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, any remaining unearned portion may be refunded at our discretion based on the work completed to date.
- Once a website has been completed and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
2. Google Ads for Contractors
Our Google Ads service is billed on a performance basis — you are only charged a flat fee when we book you a qualified job.
- There is no upfront payment, no charge for leads or estimates, and no charge for ad spend, so there are no recurring fees to refund.
- If a booked job falls through, you owe nothing. If a fee was already charged for a job that does not proceed, that fee will be refunded.
- You may stop the service at any time. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancel a service, email us at andrewfonte323@gmail.com with your name, business name, and the service in question. We aim to respond within two business days.
4. Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we're committed to making things right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
